Tahitian Honeybee

25ml Ron Zicapa 23yr rum
25ml el dorado 3 yr rum
12.5ml lemon juice
25ml honey

Shake and fine strain into a martini glass.

Ask Oli to mix you a Tahitian Honeybee when you visit Coco Ice this weekend.

St Patrick's Day Green Martini

You could add green food dye to one of Emma's Peronis or this St Patrick's Day you could be a little more creative ...  check out this recipe for starters and don't miss St Patrick's Day at Coco Ice to see what else is in store for you!

To make St Patrick's Day Green Martini you will need ...

1.5 fl oz (43ml) of Vodka, 1 fl oz (28ml) of Green Apple Schnapps, ice and a cocktail shaker.

Here's what you do ...

■Add ice to the shaker
■Pour in the vodka and Schnapps
■Shake
■Strain into martini glasses
■Add garnish, if desired ... a slice of lime would work!

Mint Julep

As we are starting to see the beginning of summer, we at Coco Ice think the Mint Julep is a great way to celebrate. Mint and sugar syrup are muddled together with crushed ice and topped with Makers Mark Bourbon.
